Golden Pear Electric runs commercial tenant improvements for GCs who cannot afford a dark floor on Monday. Typical work: demolition of existing branch circuits, new 277/480 and 120/208 distribution, lighting packages, furniture feeds, and low-voltage coordination with the data vendor.

Occupied buildings get a night crew and a written outage plan. We close punch lists against the TCO date, not against a vague ‘substantial completion’ conversation.
